Whenever a bride asks for wedding invitation recommendations, Minted Weddings is always at the top of my list. I used their invitations for my own wedding and have used them for every styled shoot since. Minted has a stunning variety of suites ranging from elegant and classic to modern and hip.
I found Minted through a quick Google search when I was looking for my own wedding invitations. I set the filter to include classic and formal styles and started browsing. Right away I was impressed with the variety of designs. One of my favorite things about the company is that each suite is designed by an independent artist. Minted is simply the platform that allows each designer to do what they love, while the company takes care of serving you as their customer and making sure you have the best experience possible.
As I scrolled the site, I favorited the designs I loved the most. Then, I ordered free samples of my favorites with the code 10FREE. Only days later the invitations arrived! I opened the cardboard box to find a beautiful, shallow peach box. Impressed with the packaging, I carefully lifted the lid. Inside, each suite was wrapped in a matching belly band. Printed on thick, high quality card stock, the suite included an invitation, RSVP card, and direction card.
Slowly examining each suite as I went, I finally looked at the last one. Imagine my surprise when I found more pretty things underneath! Under the invitation samples I had ordered, lay a packet of beautifully designed samples of the available paper finishes, envelope colors, and foil printing options. In an identical packet I found an insert with a congratulatory message from the founder and a small foldable that walked me through their design services. I was hooked!
Aaron and I finally settled on which invitation we wanted to use. It was super easy to go onto the website and customize the design to exactly what we wanted. Each design is available in a variety of colors with coordinating font colors to avoid the overwhelm of too many options. If we had wanted a color used in a certain way that wasn’t listed, all we needed to do was pick the color on the left hand side and our designer would have designed it at no extra cost.
The entire invitation is completely customizable and can be changed, from the fonts and colors to the design elements. If you want a completely unique, custom design or just need some extra help, Minted also offers a one on one experience with a designer to make sure you that each part of your wedding stationary reflects your vision.
Free guest address printing and a custom wedding website that matched our invitation suite was included with our order. I opted to have my aunt handletter the addresses instead and loved the result. We used our website to list hotels and our registry information.
Several months ago I was approached by a different company and invited to share about their invitations. I accepted the samples, photographed them, and started to write the blog post, but then I stopped. I just didn’t feel right sharing something that I didn’t absolutely love in exchange for monetary gain. If ever became an affiliate for a invitation company, I knew I wanted it to be with Minted.
Ok, that might have a bad pun but I’m super excited to share the news! 🙂 Because I love Minted invitations and know you’ll love them as much as I do, I’m really excited to partner with them as an affiliate. This means that if you decide to purchase through the link in this blog post, I’ll earn a small commission. I want to be completely transparent with you and promise to only share things I’ve tried out myself, love, and truly believe in. It doesn’t change the price for you and helps me continue to share helpful wedding tips with you.
The following Minted suite was featured in a recent styled shoot featuring a mauve, winter color palette.
This classic blue suite was actually one of the invitations I considered for my wedding. I loved the contrast between the elegant typography and the romantic pink hues of spring peonies.
